Who We Are
Founded in 2004, Montgomery Education Foundation has made tremendous impact on campus life thanks to the help of members and volunteers from the Montgomery community. The Foundation is administered by a board of directors that meet on the first Monday each month of the academic year. The Foundation board is made up of Montgomery parents, grandparents and Montgomery alumni. The board of directors volunteers their time on committees that ensure the success of Foundation activities and projects.

The focus of our fundrasing efforts
Over the last two years the Montgomery Education Foundation has provided important funding for projects and activies on campus.
Over the last few years M.E.F. has given over $65,000 in grants to support essential programs that engange and enhance learning.
The Montgomery Education Foundation believes it is vital to invest in our educators. We provide luncheons and appreciation events for Montgomery Staff.

ANNUAL CRAB FEED
Montgomery Education Foundation hosts an annual Crab Feed. This event is MEF’s biggest fundraiser each year. Come enjoy the food, student entertainment and our auction. Save the date! Next year's event will be January 17th, 2026 at our new location the Friedman Center. Come back here for the ticket link closer to the date.
VOLUNTEERING
The Montgomery Education Foundation meets the first Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in room 80. As we expand to make sure we hear and meet the needs of our middle school students we are looking for middle school parents to join our board. Join us to learn about upcoming volunteer opportunities and open positions.

Grants
Montgomery Education Foundations 25/26 grants are now open. Grants must be applied for using our application form. Grants are reviewed monthly. If you have any questions please email us at montgomeryedf@gmail.com
Before you complete a grant request please make sure you have the following information:

approval/support from department lead

invoice/budget for purchases (ie: a screenshot of your amazon cart with a total)

ability to submit photos after grant is received.
